Im a quiet person naturally, but I have lots of friends that I talk to on a regular basis. Why is it that i can start up conversations with people i dont know but not the person i have a crush on? Its like running into a brick wall... Anyone have any ideas that might make it easier to talk to her?

Practise is the only thing that will make it easier.

it gets easier with practice. the only way is to just do it and know next time will be better.

Just be friendly, tell her it would be cool if your friends and hers could hang out sometimes. If she says something rude, you're wasting your time and energy.
