I am having problems training my chi. I take her outside to go potty and then I tell her good job but then she goes poo inside unstead of ouside I have no ideal what to do for some reason she won't poo outside only inside but she will pee outside. what to do?

Take her for longer walks. Walk her until she poops, then praise her to the skies. When she poops inside, pick it up, put her leash on, and take her and the poop outside. Drop the poop someplace acceptable and let her sniff at it. This will give her the idea that this stuff belongs outside.
Make sure that you clean all traces of the poop up from inside the house, they will poop over and over in the same place. Get some odor remover from the pet store and spray it wherever she poops each time she does it inside, so that she doesn't establish a pooping spot.

next time she poops in house, get it up on a paper towel & carry it outside to the spot you want her to potty in.
If she smells her stuff, she'll go. Carry her to same spot each time. This might take a week but she'll catch on.

well you could get your puppy in the petsmart trianing
or
you could start saying no,no bad girl/boy and give treats when it poops and pees in side
or
there is a type of pamper for dogs you spread it around and the secnt is sopously maqkes the dog poop/pee there

get some of those puppy pads. and place them where she likes to go poo inside ..gradually move the pads to the door. and then move them to outside where you want her to do her business.
