In VA if they catch you or someone gives your license plate number and you agree to take out charges as a citizen it is $500

In Washington, the fine for LITTERING, not loitering, is $101, unless it is a lit cigarette which I believe is more.

its actually LOITERING and its 1,000 in CA.
they cant charge you for littering..how are they going to catch ya?

I think it all depends on what state your in..I think it's usually 500$ and up!
