dia de los muertos-day of the dead,my favorite,cinco de mayo,dia de la independencia,dia de la tortilla(lol).As far as I'm concerned we mexicans celebrate alllll holidays including those that don't pertain to us.you better believe we're bbquing on 4th of july,labor day,memorial day even if we have no idea what the meaning behind the holiday is.lol.we yust waant too parrtey!!And Sunday is the coolest-you get to eat the good stuff on Sundays-barbacoa.mmm.mmm!

Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), which is a Mexican holiday where they celebrate the lives of friends and family who are no longer with them. Kids don't go to school and they have a big celebration. Day of the Dead is on Nov. 2.

November 1st they remember thier ancestors and dress up like skelotons, and have parades. Not sure of all the signifigance.
