Well, yes it does mean 'Seize all!'..but could also mean 'Seize everyone' or 'gather everyone' or 'gather all'. Basically, Carpe = seize, grab, separate, gather, pick and omnes = all, every one (as in numbers), and all men/people. Hope that helps!

Carpe means (to seize, or take), and Omnes means (all, or everything), so put them together, and it means "take it all". Did you get this from "Hard Candy"?
