No, I cried a lot at other peoples weddings too. But at my own wedding, you just get caught up in the moment of everything. You kind of forget about it. I actually made it till the end of the rings exchange before I started to cry.

The thing I am worried about the most is dancing with my dad...I am going to bawl my eyes out. I have the same worries as you. I think that you just need to get yourself psyched about getting married. If you think you are going to cry a good method to prevent it is to concentrate your vision on a fixed item...the wall, the back of someones head, etc. You are supposed to concentrate really hard on and repeat one thing and it is supposed to help. Like, Weird Bald man in the back of the church...lol. Anyway, if you cry make sure the maid of honor is equipped with some tissues to dab you...everyone will understand.

Avoid make up and only apply it after you've cried. Don't worry, you'll be wearing a veil, nobody will notice that you aren't wearing make up. OR better yet, is there such thing as "tear resistant" makeup? If so, buy it. If not let's partner and market this new idea. We could become millionaires capitalizing of women who are prone to crying anyhow.

Not necessarily. It just means that you are happy for them, when your wedding comes around, you will be like in limbo land. You might cry when your husband to be says the words in the ceremony, but what is wrong with that? You will be showing your happiness.

well chances are if you set your wedding you'll be too stressed out to cry. You could cry for other reasons. cater never showed up, or someone getting sick off those pastries your mother in law made your order. you could have some drunk relative coming in and making a scene, that would make you cry... so you could either cry or not, but either way its your day...you're allowed too cry...hope the best for you when that day comes.

you cry because you are happy for the new couple. I guess you will never know if you will cry at your own wedding until the day comes
