Just tell her the truth. Let her know that you like who she is and you would like to spend more time with her to get to know her. Then ask her out to dinner, stroll in the park, any place that you can talk with her and get to know her. Not a movie, sitting in a dark place staring at a screen is not romantic. Spend some quality time with her. She will love that.

Never ask a girl anything. Just take her out and tell her when she's going with you. You have to be confident about it. If you try the sensitive boy approach, she'll relish in your sadness. Girls don't like to break guys hearts but, at the same time, they love it when a guy gets desperate over them and unknowingly because a bit sadistic.
Don't allow the girl to get the upper hand on you.
By just requiring her to go out with you, she has no choice and finds it very attractive that you know what you want and she is the object of your affections.
Don't ask. Seize, conquer, and destroy. Keep your emotional, vulnerable feelings between you, I, and your locker room discussions with other male buddies who can understand what you're going thru.
Keep HER ignorant of this. Protect your feelings as if you are guarding Fort Knox.

No. Say something specific, like "Would you like to get some coffee at with me?"
Or "Why don't we go see a movie together? i hear is really good."
Always have something specific in mind when you ask a girl out. This lets the girls know that 1) you're a man who can plan ahead, 2) you a man with real interests aide from just getting into her pants, 3) she'll have fun going because it's something she enjoys regardless of how she feels about you and 4) you're not just another pathetic loser looking for a girl to affirm his self-worth by agreeing to the vague notion of "going out".

Just go up to her and say 'I was wodnering fi you would out with me'. But it would much easier and WILL save some awkwardness if you have a friend send a note saying 'will you go out with me, circle yes or no.' But if you are an adult, all you can do is ask is person.

You might want to ask her if she would like to get together some time and hang out or would you like to go out sometime and we could do something you would like. I hope this helps.

Dont say would you like to go out with me. Instead ask her to do something you know she likes to do, and ask her to go with you (I dont know, bowling/movie for example). It will sound better than do you want to go out and it will let her know exactly what your thinking.
