I love a burnt hotdog on the bbq grill or on a open fire pit, plain. but if it's from a ballgame or something like a hot dog stand then Ketchup and Mustard sometimes chili no onions though..

The dog has to be broiled so it browns on the top. Then you put some mustard on the inside of the bun (Sweet Hot Mr. Mustard), put the dog in the bun, and then put some sliced colby cheese on top. Put this back under the broiler just until it browns the bun and the cheese. Delicious!

mayo on the bun, swirly design of mustard on the meat, swirly design of ketchup, relish, chopped tomatoes and a little bit of onions...maybe some sauerkraut(don't know how to spell it).
I like to eat it in three bites. Gulp!

I put ketchup on one side, mustard on the other and relish on the center :):) mmmmm....
I also love chili dogs with sharp cheddar cheese on top :)

first thing that I like to do is prepare it by scoring it on two sides,then with a little margarine or butter melted in a little olive oil.Once the "dog", has a nice color and opens up,I like to put the bun,or roll in the pan until it too is browned.After that a little mustard and I'm good to go!
