Why does everyone assume illegal immigrants are harder workers than regular citizens?
Would you not work harder if you knew you were here temporarily and had to go back to your family? And you knew when you got there, you would have enough money to NOT have to work for a long while.
An illegal can work a min wage job and bring home more than a citizen working a job at 12 bucks an hour. Think about it.
Then the citizen cannot get health benefits and food stamps due to their income. A person on min wage can.
Also, the illegal immigrant will pay way less bills because about 10 of them live in one apartment and all ride in one car.

you're generalizing and being judgemental not all illegals are like this. sure some are lazy and some are hard working, just like everyone else in the world.

You need to learn to argue better. Your argument suggests that illegal immigrants are hard working, "Would you not work harder if you knew you were here temporarily...". As well it suggests they're smarter too,"Also, the illegal immigrant will pay way less bills because about 10 of them live in one apartment and all ride in one car."

Instead of arguments against your hypothesis, you have given excuses for why these things can be discounted. I'm not going to get into that argument, however, conjecture and speculation do not constitute evidence.

You need to start reading, think about what people tell you and not be a sheep.

Why don't all of you start collecting money for the poor citizens who can't afford to make it in this cruel country. If you aren't willing to help out your fellow citizen why complain about a group of people who are smart enough to manipulate the system. Channel your energy into a charity for your downtrodden countrymen.

You can write your contributions off on your taxes too.

I totally agree, who says citizens are lazy. If you ask me, the illegals that have started all this ruckus and are complaining about the immigration laws are the lazy ones. They are the ones that want something for nothing.

Yep they come here earn enough money to go back home and live for years without having to work. So who is greedy and lazy now?

It doesn't matter WHY they work hard, it only matters that the work is being done that many of us Americans snubb our noses at.

Some work really hard, some don't. You can't truly generalize both groups...
" all ride in one car..." Hmmm, I doubt that.
What I don't understand is why people still shop at Walmart when it's those stores that hire them.
