I have tried to contact some girls but have gotten no response. What is the best thing to say? I have never said anything creepy like lets meet up. Just have said hi would like to chat.

If you have the opportunity to look at her profile before sending her an email, try to find something you have in common and talk about that, or ask a question. That should get things started.

Here's a tip:
All women give you tips in their bio, so it's your job to use it in your favor. Girls say things like this:
I feel, want, travel, am optimistic, outgoing, can you keep up with me!
All of these can be used in your response and DAM well should be every time you type a letter, make certain that you type with correct spelling, girls will judge you by your spelling just like a teacher does in school.
All girls are critical of spelling, grammar, it's shows them you are somewhat smart or you care enough to use a spell check.
If you have a word program on your PC, just type the letter on it and hit spell check, also read it outloud three times, to listen how it reads.
Always tell them something about yourself and never use the word (Fun) a guys definition of fun is not the same as a girls.
If you touch a girls emotions in the letter and make her feel how confident you are, then she will be hitting you back faster.

If U chat by Typing:
tell here how much her manner is beautiful and her words are nice... and SO
If U chat by voice:
show your surprise in here voice and how nice
and so on for Video chat.
make those points as starting points.....
Secondly: don't ask her for age or phone or address , be patient
the other steps will follow logically m but please focus on taking her respect

You have gotten unlucky that you have never found a girl who responds and is worth datting online. keep trying, eventually you will find someone who responds and is nice and stuff.
