Put vaseline on them this will help the healing process.
I even use vaseline on my legs when I shave them, it makes your legs feel soft and it gives you a nice clean smooth legs.
You can also use on over the counter medication called Neosporin applying this on you scratches and cuts will help them to heal so you will not get infections on your skin,

get this stuff called maderma. its rele good n u can get it at ne drugstore or walmart or target! it costs bout $13 but its rele worth it! it healed sum scars on me rele rele fast!
n then other then that jus lotion ur legs n stuff all the time. cuz i had scars on my legs from my eczema from when i was younger n i jus kept em lotioned n the scars faded!
these 2 r u best options!

drink water and take a general use vitamin and then apply a coat of hydrocortesone cream its one dollar a tube at the dollar stores
