Hello,
You don't specify where the aneurysm ruptured. Was it in the head (cerebral) or aortic (chest)?
If the person is still alive as has this diagnosis that is a good thing. The chances of survival increase if they are already in medical care after the rupture. If you are asking will they recover and go back to normal? That depends on size and location of aneurysm. Usually the ones in the head leave some damage behind that are very similar to a stroke. Aortic, once repaired are fine.
Provide more details and we can help more.

most likely its cerebral... if an aortic aneuryism ruptured the person would probably be dead before they made it to the hospital.
yeah, people survive cerbral aneurysims. often times though there is brain damage , which can be very mild and hardly noticeable or very severe. youd have to talk to the doc to see what the prognosis is
if it was aortic and they survived repair surgery, they will probably be fine

Depends on the factor of sewing it up before there is too much blood loss.
