that Americans wouldn't be willing to do...

I mean they want to stay here so bad that many of them are getting exploited and being paid below min. wage...

See, they have no rights and so why should Americans be complaining? It's grim on both sides!

End welfare, and you'll have plenty of americans 'happily' out there 'doing the jobs that americans won't do'.

Illegal labor/immigration is a CRUTCH. If our economy/society are sooooo crippled that we just can't make it from Tuesday to Thursday without illegal labor, there's a Problem.

As far as exploitation goes, that's a very strong argument for ending illegal immigration. We don't need a permanent underclass in the United States, and that's exactly what illegal labor produces. People can do their own damn dirty work, just like they used to do...

Grimm...no it is worse than grim.
Even though we Americans are so good at exploiting people - races, nations - it does not mean that we should! Where is our integrity as a nation?
There are many points on each side but it starts with Mexico shaping up & taking care of their own. On Americas part, there should be fees, tons of paperwork and a limit set on how many people can become citizens but exploitation and humiliation should never be answers. NEVER

i think we should . in one side i see a lot of people complaining about how is it that many Americans live homeless because of they are lazies and have not problem calling them freeloaders . but whenever they see someone who is willing and happens to be not documented then they scream and say the freeloaders could be doing that . does that make any sense ??? it doesn't for me .

about the welfare American citizens recieve it has gone down 60 percent in the last decade . therefor it cannot be blame on or related to the immigrants in any way .

NO, the illegal immigrants should be deported. Businessmen get away with paying illegals low wages because there is not a damn thing the illegal can do about it. If there were no illegals doing those jobs then the businessmen would have to pay a competitive wage for the job.
Illeagl immigrants are not good for our economy...they are a drain.

The problem with illegal immigrants is that most illegal immigrants are poor, and poor people, even if they pay all of their taxes, take out more funds in even basic services like education than they pay in taxes. That doesn't count those who put their kids on food stamps, etc.

Our schools are consequestially underfunded, and overcrowded, and the language issue makes the new immigrant demographic the most difficult and expensive to educate, so very little funding is aimed at 'special' programs for American children. Our children's education is a huge issue with us, and their better life is at our children's expense.

If we got the problem actually solved going forward, we could look at those here without seeing a neverending flow behind them. Right now, though, giving people here more seems to make more people come. And we can't afford them.

Yes, it is grim on both sides. I applaud your point of view. If we continue to exploit, which we will do, I vote for stronger penalties for the people who hire them.

I don't think we should allow them to stay under the current conditions, we need a wider ranging federal program that can be applied for to work here legally without being a citizen or on a long term Visa, that way the employers would pay them properly and provide benefits and they would pay taxes also.

Here's an idea how much of a crime is it to want a better life .
they do the work you don't want to do . They do pay taxes , they are human beings , your ancestors were immigrants , they aren't trying to do anything harmful just work . Oh by the way , to the people saying they are taking up space . they are buying homes LEGALLY , if anything they are contributing to the economy .

Should we let a homeless american do an illegal crime and get away with it because he is poor and homeless? He is not getting paid anything and has nothing, but can he commit a crime? NO--so quit making excuses for them.
