I take yoga classes in school. Its very relazing and helps me relieve stress. It also relaxes my muscles. It helps me clear my mind and forget about everything else in the world. When you do some poses it may hurt a little but the more you do it the better it gets. Your muscles get firmer and you can lose weight =)

I love it. It's a very relaxing way to stretch and use your muscles to balance and gain strength. I also use the breathing exercises when I can't sleep. I recommend it.

There are several types, so don't start with bikram yoga--it's the same thing as regular yoga but in a room at 95-100 degrees F. Not fun for me, but my husband swears by it for his back pain.
