Either change "our" to "my" or change "life" to "lives". Take out the "I believe". It's a poem; it's divinely inspired; it's certainty written beautifully. Talk about how it fills your life w/love, etc. Describe the music and relate it to the stars. It can definitely lead to a lovely religious poem.
This post makes me think of the song "Stars" from Les Miserables

I believe celestial music
fills our life with love,
and the night with stars.
Jesus is a dove,
fueling holy wars.

Celestial music played by the night sky
Fills my heart with life and love,
But it's always a young alter boy
That I'm left thinking of.

chook and feathers to me are female characteristics. Dickinson would have been a Feminist, in her thinking. desire to her is a chook that's heard maximum sweetest from the midsection while existence is the toughest, as in a hurricane. desire could be heard while existence turns into heartless and chilly or while people develop into distant for no logical reason. whether, people will by no potential ask for desire, even while they're in dire desire of a few.

Sing aloud unto God our strength, make a joyful noise unto the Lord all ye lands, Serve the Lord with gladness, come before his presence with singing. O Lord my God, thou are very great; thou are clothed with honor and majesty. And the Angels cried Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of Hosts ,as the lamp shining in a dark place, as the morning star arises in your hearts

Did you know that the last word of each section of Dante's Divine Comedy is (the Tuscan word for) "stars"?
