Firstly, there is probably nothing wrong with you.
Secondly, do what St Paul says to do: Take captive every thought. When this thought comes to you take it captive and give it to Jesus. He'll know what to do with it.
Thirdly I'd suggest you talk to your priest or pastor.
Also stay away from seances and horoscopes and astrology and the like.
