I don't completely understand your question. He told you if you wanted to suck him up...that doesn't make any sense. Judging by all the other answers it's "suck him off"? But really, don't. You will get really popular with the guys in all the wrong ways. Girls will hate you and your reputation will be shot all to hell. That is something that should happen between mature adults, anyway. "If you like me, then suck me"...I mean how mature is that? He may look good, but that's apparently all he's got going for him. Sit back and chill for a guy that wants to like you back...not like what you can do for him.
