CHRISTIANS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE CHRIST LIKE,THIS IS WHY I GOT OUT OF RELIGIONS AND FOUND THE REAL GODBY DOING SO,RELIGIONS DO NOT HELP YOU TO FIND THE REAL GOD.MY REAL GOD LOVES THE SPITTER SO GOD WILL HELP HIM SEE WHAT HE IS DOING WRONG ,HOPEFULLY HE WILL UNDERSTAND.I AM THE SAME,POSITIVE GOODNESS IS LIFE AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSE TO GIVE THE SPITTER,NOT WISHING HIM HELL ,NOW WHAT DO YOU THINK CHRISTIANS?

Um... perhaps you have been reading too much of Yahoo answers. It seems that most people on here are like that, even though they claim to be christian. They may be, but that's not the point.
Calm down for a bit. You have a very clear understanding of who God really is. That's great! Don't let christians behind in the knowlege drag you down.

Many christias don't follow what Jesus did in this example, because none of us are perfect, and we all have a walk with God in our own pace. Lower your expectations of people. After all, It's not about You, God, and your community. It's about You and God.

I agree with you,but I must say that It would honestly be a trial that I hope I would pass.
I opened my home to people that had a need some years back and I had men pull knives,ect.
The Lord seen me through and God gets the glory and these people seen the love God.
I at that time In my life was fixed on the Lord and he seen me through and helped me to walk In Love as he did for me.
Now I hope I have the same heart and thank you for your question It really challenges me and I need to spend more time In Gods presance,Thanks you are a blessing

I am not quite sure who answered your question or why you would ask such a strange question (not saying anything bad, just so strange to even think of spitting on anyone) but I am sure God forgave you for thinking the thought, if you confess that you sinned and asked him for forgiveness. He does not just forgive unless you ask and admit. As far as other Christians, they aren't the one that determines if you go to heaven, so I for one would focus on being a good person and fogiving those who wronged you and forgeting about spitting period, lol.

I can sympathise with you, I come from an incrediably conservative Christian town, but there are people who are Christians doing exactly what you think they should, I finally got to meet some. Not every Christian judges and condems. Some of my friends are gay and "gasp" liberals hahaha. I love them, even though I don't agree with everything that they do.
