The best info I can give you & I cant stress this enough,,is to use newspaper in the birth area before & after birth.DO NOT use material because they can too easily sufficate. Do not put mama's water bowl in that area but may offer her some on occation or she will get it eventually.Always keep the smallest under mama's arm closest to her & be sure that it gets its share of milk & is warm.If the pups take tooo long to come once started ,,it may mean that she is not contracting properly but that is rare (contact vet if that happens).I pretty much think she can handle it all on her own. They love praise & showing off the new little ones,,enjoy. :O)
DO NOT PUT AN ELECTRIC BLANKET UNDER MAMA OR PUPS,,THEY WILL GET ELECTRICUTED IF THEY LIQUID ON IT!!!

she will pretty much take care of things herself.
all you need to do is be there and make sure the pups are breathing and they don't get squashed by mum. try not to interfere too much as this could stop the mum bonding with pups. any more advice you would like i suggest you either phone a vet or look it up on the internet.

Birth is a natural function. Your little girl will be perfectly OK without your help. If she doesn't have her own bed already, make a comfortable bed up for her and make sure she knows where it is. Allow her into your bedroom now and is her time comes during the night she will probably wake you to let you know. She will appreciate you being there.
