just make sure to take care of your hair: use professional products that protect hair against heat damage, try and style it with heat tools minimully, dont wash it every day(dries it out) take vitamin D and a multi vitamin to make sure you are getting all your vitamines, do hair masks once a week to keep up it's strengh, and cut off only split ends every 6-8 weeks as needed (you will need to cut less if you do less damage to your hair) other than that there is no miracle grow cure just keep it healthy and you will have to cut less off.

stimulate the scalp. Brisk brushing will do it. My hair went from my chin in length to down to my waist in about 2 years. You probably wont get growth much faster than that.
