you can delete the question and then post in under the category that you want.
if you delete it it will still cost you 5 point, if you wait and vote on the best answer you will get 3 point back.
and you might get the answer you want there anyway.
but if you don't you can pick the no best answer at the bottom and still get 3 of your points back.
just remember that you get 3 points for picking a best or no best answer.

If you just posted it, you should be able to delete it and post it where you want it next time. Just click on one of those little buttons near where the little flag button is. It should give you the option to delete it.
