I would call a local vet to ask what is possibly going on. A vet hospital would also be good. Call and ask before bringing your cat in. If they refuse to answer your questions without you coming in for a paid office visit, hang up and call someone else. After hours Vet Hospitals are good. They're expensive to bring an animal to, but calling should be no problems. I've had many questions answered about my cats by calling them. Or call your local SPCA or animal rescue place.

well the throwing up he may have just eaten too much just monitor him and make sure he doesnt do it much more because he can dehydrate quickly and the butthole thing is common in small cats when you take him to the vet for his first round of shots (which should be soon) have him take a look

Depending where you live and what time it is there will tell if you can take it to a vet or emergency vet because it needs to get in. A prolapsed rectum is serious. and yes you would know that is serious as most any one would' so I some how don't believe you. If his rectum is hanging out GET HIM TO A VET

It is a prolapsed rectum. The cat must be seen by a vet and good luck!
