In my extensive experience in this area, I find it best to use a standard 40% ABV bourbon, and target a female rodeo clown of average height, weight and build.
I also find it advisable to ensure she has her full make-up on, as this means her skin breathes less and she's more susceptable to the booze. Ideally she should also be wearing the full costume, and not be busy dealing with a bull at a time.
As a rule of thumb, I generally find 4 shots for a kiss; 5 shots for second base; 7 shots to fumble on top of her thong; 9 shots to get her naked; and 10 shots to get her into bed. If you get to 12 shots, you'll have problems as she'll pass out and dribble, thus causing her make-up to run.
I find mimes are much easier - you can generally successfully seduce them with around 6 shots of a cheap white rum, but it's generally best to push it up to 7 or 8 shots because at this point they stop miming that they're trying to open an umbrella in a strong wind while you're in bed, leaving you more free to get down to business.

once i saw dr. phil and this other guy at an airport trying to pick up a female rodeo clown wearing a backpack, but all they had were those REALLY little bottles of bourbon.... i lost count how many she drank....

Enough to make her stop talking, but not enough for her to pass out. There's nothing worst than a mime who passes out during sex. It gets really messy. And the next day....wow....let's just say, you don't want to experience the clean up...and you know she'll make you do it.
