I never realize it when I flirt. It's mostly lots of poking and teasing (okay, I'll admit, I'm in high school). It's not all the seduction stuff you see in the movies. It should come naturally and be easy for you. If you have to think about how to flirt, don't do it. You'll most likely become nervous and screw up somehow. Try to be more like yourself.
The person I'm currently "going out" with flirted with me by playing with my hair, but all girls are different. =)

Since it's such an open ended question, here's my personal perspective:
I flirt by looking at someone I like lots. Then I smile in a teasing kind of way. If I am really into you, I ask you to dance. Pardon me, I just grab your hand and pull you on to the dance floor. If you are exceptional, I will find a way to be near you even if I can't have you. I will not be all over you though, or say ditzy things. I am totally myself.
You can flirt with me by being confident and not being too intimidated. You can make eye contact but not act too fast. If you dance with me, don't be grabby and sloppy. If you want to touch me, make it light and flirty. Say something provocative, say something intellegent. Or just be able to dance like a god.

Well, we like to keep it mysterious. Some of us will go up to you and give you a kiss, and some will be mean and joke around like that and that would be their way of flirting.
Well, I dont know why but tickles at our curves and wispers in out ears realy seem to turn most of us on, and we'll notice you.
And, it depends on who you are looking for. I need somebody smart, funny, with fashion in what they listen to and wear.
By the way, we dont enjoy seeing your boxers or the crack of your ***. Its not cool. And Im not laughing here!

girls smile and giggle and look you in the eye. girls also twirl their hair, and some may stick their tongue out or lick their lips, innocently of course. flirt with a girl by smiling, making eye contact, and touch her arm or hand lightly during conversation.

Keep purposely ignoring them and then they will come to you.
I am successful at that and always have girls after me but I am rich, maybe it is because of that
