Does anyone know any good DVD's or books to teach ASL fast? I took some classes at my college, but it was a while ago and they won't let me retake them even though I passed, and I haven't been able to practice much so a lot of what I learned has been lost. Any suggestions?

Try getting instant imersion ASL. I havee the deluxe version. The RID will probably also have a good suggestion. If you want to you can try going to Nashville, TN public library website and search the available books for sign language there. They have a comple section of the library dedication to Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals. I also recommend: aslpro.com, and asl.ms. Feel free to contact me and I will try and help you further. Why not find your nearest ASL /deaf communities & join up? Get some 'real world' experience.
