Absolutely disgusting stuff called Mechanically Derived Meat. Its in quite a few processed meat foods.
Imagine that all the useful part of a whole animal have been removed and used, (pigs, cows, chicken etc) everything that is left (including eyes, ears, bones, tails, all the insides, bowels etc) is put into a big machine. Then it is all ground up to make this grey slurry stuff. Then they add colour, flavourings and preservatives to make it taste OK and use it in these kind of processed foods. Yuk! Check the ingredients on the pack its sometimes called MDM, or something similar. that would be the cause of you tummy ache. Please don't eat crap like that again. Its gross

Learn to make your own with mince, onion (If you like onion)and mix together with egg (I think, look up a recipe) You can use any meat, and it is proper food!
There are also ready made burgers of all sorts in the fresh meat section, look there for inspiration.

I'm not sure how safe any microwaveable meat is. Your better off cooking something fresh--its healthier and you will digest so many toxins.
