as i want to become a model most of the models legs are really skinny.my legs are not fat but there not as skinny as they could be.i want to know how i could get them skinny not toned.exercize tones the muscle so any ideas i can make them skinny without toning.

Try pilates. It lengthens muscles which make them look leaner and sleeker instead of muscular.

Well if you skinny legs you first need to get them musceley, then after they are eat less and don't exercise a lot then your legs will be skinny in no time!!!

Walking is a great way to lose weight off your legs but not develop muscle. Just walk to a steady pace and don't push yourself hard, or run!!!

run.... and don't you dare eat just 500 calories a day like someone else told you. and what is wrong with toned legs? toned doen't mean muscular. but running will not make them musculary

use light weight and high reps. Heavy weight will increase size.
