Mariah Carey hits during two different live renditions of the song "Emotions" a G7#-note, the highest note in the history of recorded music. Maybe the human voice can possibly go higher, but as of yet it hasn't!

Believe it or not, there have been documented records of human beings who can sing the highest and lowest pitch on a full (88-key) piano keyboard!

Unsure but Simon Robinson holds the current World Record for a scream of 128 decibels at a distance of 8ft. 2in from the reading device.

its not a matter of the 'note' , rather the pitch. if u are talking note wise, then it is g-sharp, though g-sharp is also a-flat.
so i think what u are referring to iis the pitch, not the note
