A demon spirit is part of the army of Lucifer that is used to inhabit people to torment them and to cause them untold grief. Should you read and understand the New Testament you will find that when we are accepted into the church of Christ then some are given the gift of discernment. discernment can be a few things but the one that you are interested in is the discernment of spirits. Should one be fortunate enough to be given this gift then they are able to know whether or not some one is possesed of a demon spirit as they will be able to see them in the countenance of that person. Believe me it is not really something that a person wants to ask for as it is quite a shocking experience to see the hideousness of these spirits. It does really test your faith and one prays that they are strong enough in the Lord to overcome their natural apprehension and be able to deal with them through our Lord Jesus.
It is a good thing that you believe in Jesus as the Messiah. For God says that there will only be a small remnant of His elect that will be saved. If you are scincere in your faith and the following of God's commandments and laws then you should be counted in that group. I do hope that you are still observing the seven feasts that God commanded for that shows God that you are willing to obey Him and follow in the path of righteousness.

Umm... if I had ever seen something that I would classify as a demon spirit, I would be less likely to be Agnostic.
Or to put it another way: only one who believes in demon spirits will see a demon spirit.
