thats a tricky one! they dont directly get you into heaven... the trouble is that people think that you go to heaven when you die... but you are in heaven or hell while you're living here... so if your deeds are good you'll feel good bout yourself you'll be able to stand for yourself and wont hide from others, will be open for everyone... and therefore youre already in heaven... but if your deeds are not good (or maybe even evil), youl feel guilty, youl feel bad bout yourself and kill yourself with sins... than you're already dead and in hell... hating everyone, running away from everybody and wanting to hide...
