Taking laxatives does not reduce weight, as you absorb most of the calories from your food before the laxatives would have a chance to rid your body of them. All they do is dehydrate you, which is also dangerous.
Additionlly, two stone is too much to lose if you only want to reduce your size by one clothing size.

There are many religions that fast, but I do not think there is a healthy way of starving, explain this to you family physician, maybe he/she can guide you to a proper weight loss program.

the way to lose weight is you have to still eat, but less food your body needs alot of what you aren't getting so you will gain weight instead of losing it.Here is a link I know will help you and good luck.

Don't starve yourself PLEASE. do it the right way, and get some therapy because you can kill yourself by doing it. have you ever seen those models that starve themselves?!? they look like walking skeltons because that is what they are. seriously don't starve yourself. you don't need to be deadly thin to look beautiful. and there is nothing wrong with a size 8 but please please please get some help and don't starve herself
