I'm asking this because someone asked why French accent English sounds so sexy. I wonder what other accents sound sexy when speaking English.

Lots of great accents in the world!! I love Spanish, Japanese, South African, Mancunian, and some French accents! It all depends on the person who is speaking them. A nice baritone does nicely for some. Least sex appeal is one that is spoken in a non-sexy voice...it's the intention behind the voice that holds the appeal to my ear.

Other accents can sound unintentionally sexy because of the speakers unfamiliarity with certain syllables can add an unintended effect.
Some of the best examples come from people who have learnt another language to business standard but still keep their native accent.
A good example might be the actor Costas Mandylor who has a very heavily accented hispanic voice but speaks perfect english.
A more recent example I can think of is Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje the actor who plays Mr Eko in the TV Series 'Lost', whose accent is heavily influenced by his Nigerian background.

French is not sexy. If a man speaks it it's quite arrogant. If a woman speaks it then it's not arrogant but still not sexy. I do like the way the dutch speak English. That's cute, but still not sexy. I don't think any accent is 'sexy' it's all about the person. I don't like indian or pakistani accents at all.

IMHO, least = German; most = French. I also love the British accents. They are non-native to America but they are native English speakers...I think you know that, right?
On the other hand, have you ever heard the Norwegian language spoken? It is the most beautiful sounding language, to me. Portuguese is the coolest ;)

I think the best and the worst accent is Scottis! Depends which part of Scotland you're from though. Rab C Nesbitt sounds awful while Sean Connery makes girls (of a certain age) go weak at the knees.

I'm English English and for me it's the Italian accent that's the most appealing and the Japanese, Chinese the least......

Brazilian and Venezuelan accents are sexy.
South African (Afrikaans speakers) and most Spanish accents are a big turn off for me.
