I am scarcastic to an extent, and so is my hubby. I do not like rudeness or disrespect, in any form. Yet, a little humorous scarcasim is a good quality. It keeps you from being so easily offened by others.
I like a man to be funny and somewhat scarcastic, as log as it's not directed at me. But out right disrespectful rudeness does nothing for me but bring on my own personal scarcasm which wouldnt be so humorous to the directed....

I think women are turned on by wit, which can include saracasm and cynicism. Theres a fine line between nastiness and witty sarcasm. Rudeness isnt particularly attractive but if its done in a funny way then it can be.
Basically, even if a man is ugly, if he is funny he becomes a lot more attractive.
Dr House is attractive because he is witty (which tends to indicate intelligence and social capability) not because he is rude.

Dude, funny you should ask this, coz one of my mates is so like House that it's not funny. He is the most cynical and sarcastic bugger there is, yet he always seems to have a nice girl with him. When I say nice, I mean the girl that is very prim and proper. I always figured that they dated him because they wanted to see what a bad boy was like or something like that, but it could be that he is very good at his job (like House) and that arrogance seems attractive to some people.
My girlfriend finds Gordon Ramsay (see link below) sexy as he's a top chef, totally arrogant, and a complete bad boy. I guess we tend to like a bit of something different from time to time.
How about you, assuming you're a good boy, do you ever think about going out with a nasty girl?

I don't think any girl would like being talked to in a rude and sarcastic way. I mean, some sarcasm is alright. But, seriously, don't let it get out of hand. I hate it when my boyfriend is too sarcastic. He makes me feel stupid and belittled. So trust me, don't do it unless you are for certain it won't offend.

Nope, I may be old fashion but a sense of humor and being a sarcastic *** are two different things.
