i havent been able to sleep since she said no, ieven cried today during my 3rd period class and noone noticed cause i had my head down...

i have known her for about 2yrs, i hug her everyday, she said that she loves my hugs.

First of all, remember this credo: Do not be creepy!
The biggest way to look creepy is to overdo anything: following her, calling her without her permission, talking about her too much with your friends or hers, public displays of devotion, etc.
The key is to be understated in everything that you do. Less is more. if you feel 10, show 5.
For some concrete ideas...
1. Dress a little nicer (don't overdo it)
2. Say hello when you see her
3. Treat her and her friends with understated respect. Say hello, be kind, smile naturally, one compliment a week (no more) If her friends think you are kind and considerate, they will advocate for you
4. Have a positive aura around you in all your interactions at school and outside - leave every person you know feeling good about you. People will think more highly of you in general and you will earn the respect not only of this girl, but of your peers and community. Make it a point to leave every person you interact with feeling supported, valued and encouraged - including your parents. This positive energy begets positive energy. Trust me!
5. Treat teachers with respect. Do not be an asshole to anyone.
6. Stand tall, be present, do nice things for other people - the good karma will pay off
7. Accept her "No" for 3 weeks and do not ask again until after 3 weeks have passed. This lets her know that you heard her and respect her answer. It also keeps you from looking desperate. In 3 weeks when you do ask her out again, make it on a group thing - inviting her to do something with you and your friends, for example. No pressure. Only ask once, in person, and if she seems reluctant let her know it is not a "date" you just enjoy her company and think she might have a good time. If you can get a "yes" on this, you are one step closer to a real "date"
8. Do a few things that will get you noticed in a positive way: write a letter to the editor that ir published in your school paper (on any topic), try out for the school play or an intramural team, join a club, etc. These things will be opportunities for you to talk to her and may give you events to invite her to (the play, a game)
9. Try not to be defensive in your interactions with people. Do not shut people down, ignore people, make excuses or use sarcasm - it makes you look ugly
10. Do not avoid her or stalk her. Just be around, looking good, doing good things, appearing interested, interesting, kind and passionate. She will have no choice but to see you for the great guy you are.

u cant make sum1 love, all u can do is try to let them know how u feel and hope for the same. if it doesnt end up the way u wanted, dont worry, give up, or let it bring u dn, just know theres sumthing better out there for u and once u get where u need to be and the time is due, everything will come to u and fall in place like it should and itll be better than anything u couldve thought u wanted.

If shes the sweet,nice,kind type.Maybe you can give her sweet stuff and compliment her.
Im like that,and if i wanted someone to ask me out,id would like him to do that for me.
If shes bad type,maybe be bad like her too.
