no. We need stronger immigration laws. If they are here illegally we need to deport them immediately.

They are here face it if you want to take the money away from the crooked people who work for immigration who had their palms greased to let any illegal in they wanted then you need to fire all of them and fix the system. There are thousands of people here illegally on student visas who recieved them after 911 who were never accepted into an academic environment working locally for minimum wage jobs. Locally I saw one of these from a former Communist country and from a country South of the border working for Goodwill who pays minimum wage locally that is way below the average worker pay such that they are accepting any warm bodies rather than raise wages and benefits.

NO we should not, however, we should no blame those here illegally for our problems, we should find a REAL way to stop illegal immigration and people here in the US should learn to deal with foreigners and also abolish discrimination.

To answer your question, I would say NO!
Illegal immigrants are breaking the law.
But the implied question is one that concerns immigration policies.
As in what should they be. Should the US have a more lenient immigration policy. Don't know.

Sure, why not? Most of us didn't earn the right to be here. It's rather presumptuous of us to be excluding people based on accidents of birth.
Heh.

I cannot understand how people can make the leap from "illegal" to "not criminal".
I thought "criminal" and "illegal" were the same thing.
