I met this girl that was kind of uptight and all about school at a tennis tournament, and over the past couple weeks, we've talked alot on the phone/online, and I've "corrupted her", but she's actually enjoying the fact that I have. I did it to just help her become the teen that she really is, not some uptight "adult" at college (she's 15 but in duel enrollment at a college). She thinks i'm really hot, and i know she wants to go out with me, and i'm considering it........yet we've only seen eachother in person once. She's cool on the phone, but I'm not sure if she's my type; she's friends with a bunch of nerds, and is all about morals (i'm not shallow, just commenting), and just not positive if she's my type. Yet I feel I've been leading her on with trying to help her let loose, this whole time i've been "corrupting" her. I'm going on a cruise in 2 months, and want some freedom for having "fun" while on board for 8 days. What should i do?

No, don't commit. Then you will have a free conscience when you try to play the field on your cruise.

It doesnt sound like you are ready to commit yet, but tell her that you want to see her after the cruise, being a former nerd in school I can tell you not to discount her friends as some of them may become good friends of yours as the years go by and you may be glad they did. Just think of how many people wish they had been friends with Bill Gates in high school

I have had something similar. Frinds take her back all the time. With me it did not work. It could work for you if you manage to get her away from her friends, which is really to much of a hassle. But as you say you have already 'corrupted her' so you have allready got her, but them her friends will eventualy take her back unless u become evrythink to her.
So its really tough, and its up to you to find out weather its really worth all the energy.
It could also be an adventure as well, so why not go with it, but without commiting.

Explain to her that the relationship just isn't going anywhere due to your differing lifestyles. End the relationship before she gets too attached. I was that girl once. It really hurt when after 4 months the guy said I wasn't for him. Tell her she will meet the male version of herself someday. I did, 2 months after the guy dumped me. When nerds find each other we tend to stick together for life.
If you're really not sure, don't lead her on.

How do you know that she isn't your type if you haven't really gotten to know her or gone out w/her? You don't have to "commit" to anything, just go out w/her & have a good time before you don't give her a chance. Oh, to be 15 again....enjoy it.

Do not commit! In fact, it's time you leave her alone. You two are very different and I can promise you're doing her no favors. Go live your crazy life and let her live hers.
