I have a crush on a girl at school, but we are both shy. I havent said anything to her directly before, but i want to wave to this girl while i pass her in the hall to get her attention. Is this a bad idea? Anyone have any better ideas?

if you have classes together just ask her with help with a assignment or something like that just make sure not to ask her a yes or no answer otherwise thats probably all she will say back and when u ask her introduce yourself then u have a reason to talk to her the nxt day after she helps you to to say thanx and tell her how smart she is or something to the praise effect lol

I think the best you can do is smile at her. Since both of you are shy, that would be a good beginning to start a friendship.

someone has to make the first move...go for it. What's the worst that can happen? If she doesn't feel that same about you then at least you will know that you tried.

if you like her you should wave if you want to. then start to talk to her. once you get to know her then thats the perfect time to ask her out. if she likes you and you like her than she'll want to know!
