It's always been a hot topic. Religions are different arguments on how to live life and how to experience some of our most important basic human conditions. Heaven forbid it stops being a hot topic. That means people don't care anymore, and I don't want to live in a world like that.

It has been a hot topic because everyone is seeking for the meaning of it. Wars, dispute, hatred, is said to be caused by religion, but i think it is caused because of absence of religion. Every religion teaches good nature.
Time to seek the meaning rather than the fault. There could never be any fault in religion other than human fault.

Because the US & UK are trying to conceal their war crimes behind religion. And, neither Bush nor Blair can go for one week without mentioning "Muslim terrorists" or "Israeli victims."
Bush & Blair have exploited religion and terrorism far more than OBL and al qaida. And, that's why religion is a hot topic. It's time to throw religion out of government.
