Put something on your gums that you haten the taste of then every time you bite it u will be like "ewww" and soon you will stop it worked for me =D

chew some gum or suck a sweet until you gett out of the habit of chewing your gum. although not too much gum as this may act like a laxative due to the sweetners contained in it.
