McDoodle: I do hate that they are taken advantage of. So perhaps they should go through the legal methods and stop playing on guilt trips to be here. It does not work on me.

Nothing wrong with the term "illegal aliens". The term "undocumented immigrants" is what irks me.

PC has gone way too far, I call them what they are, Illegal Aliens, sometimes illegal immigrants. But usually illegal aliens, that is what our courts call them.
Right on Fox, deport, report and no amnesty.
Fox what do you mean copy and paste?? Aren't you afraid of the "copy and paste fumes"?? ROFLMAO!!

~add on~ (cut and pasted) ;)
Both types of illegal immigrants are deportable under Immigration and Nationality Act Section 237 (a)(1)(B) which says:
"Any alien who is present in the United States in violation of this Act or any other law of the United States is deportable."

Even our gov. uses the term "alien" and if they aren't legal that would make them an "illegal alien"

That is the word on the books.

And Go Cart told me some time ago that was the correct phrase.

This is why one National Language is important.

I don't want sugar coated words. But I don't mind honey coated if it is the truth. And not Misleading. Undocumented is incorrect .

No Amnesty for all. Secure the borders. Make FAIRER and STRICTER Migration laws and enforce them.

The mealy-mouthed one-worlder politicians like to use 'soft-speak' to augment their rhetoric, anything that sounds like concrete descriptive verbiage that might be used as a potential building block in reaching some sort of firm opinion or a semi-logical conclusion is anathematic to the 'coddle the masses' rhetorical approach.

I believe the name fits in more ways than ONE.

If they don't like the name they should't do things to make them fit the definition.

From Encarta....

alien(noun)
1. extraterrestrial being-a being from another planet or another part of the universe, especially in works of science fiction

**2. non-citizen resident of country -LAW somebody who is a citizen of a country other than the one in which he or she lives or happens to be

3.outsider - somebody who does not belong to, is not accepted in, or does not feel part of a particular group or society

alien(adjective)
1. strange - outside somebody’s normal or previous experience and seeming strange and sometimes threatening

2.inconsistent with something - not in keeping or totally incompatible with the nature of something or somebody

**3. not of a country - LAW not a citizen of, or not belonging to, the country in question

Why aliens. I don't think they arrived in a spaceship. I used to be referred to as a legal alien. I'm not Martian green. The illegal part is what they are and the government should take care of that!

I'm thinking space ships when i hear aliens.... and its used to
de humanize.
one of the first steps to justify hate and discrimination.

we all want cheap veggies and fruit we don't want to pick them and we want to keep those poor souls living in fear as slaves?
also businesses- millionaires are made on the cheep illegal labor and we lose as no work comp or taxes paid.
when on the job injury taxpayers suffer while business man profits and illegal get bandaged and dumped across the border.? when may have lived here months or years?
got to look at who profits who's just barely surviving
slumlords take advantage for huge profits too? why don't you hate whats most unfair? only what is most foreign?

What else are we supposed to call them? They are what they are, and a politically correct term isn't going to change what they truly are.
