You seem like a young guy, like High school, right? Well, trust me when I say that high school relationships dont last very long. Just wait it out when you notice she doesnt have a boyfriend, give her a little time to. you know, if she's hurt or something heal, and then ask her if she wants to go out sometime.

The biggest thing in having luck with the lady's is confidence. The best thing about confidence , is it it perception. For the next week, I want you smiling and saying hello to every women you see. Big ones, small ones, fat ones, pretty ones... all of em. Just practice, who cares if they say anything at all or smile back, it's just practice.
Also start working out, not only for the effect on your body, but it releases endorphins,that not only make you look better, but feel better.. and trust me that will show and is very attractive.
Be polite, smile and laugh alot, treat every woman like a precious gem, and you'll be in good practice for when your with the one you like. opening doors etc.
Another good tip is listening to them, I have found this boring and painful, but they really like it. >.<

BOY if this girl is good enough for you start out by smiling at her..saying hi...just when you walk pass each other or get to know her friends..but if this girl dosent know what planet she lives in and dosent know you exist and shes just selfish..then theres other girls that are the opposite of that..and better!!

get to know her, but dont come on too strong, she has a bf, and you should respect that.when they finally break up, u can be the sholder to cry on
