I'm actually getting two of them, two flowers on my collar bones, a little bigger than a 50 cent piece, a little bit of color. About how much should it cost?

I had a small tattoo made and cost me $50. I guess depends on the details of the tattoo. I wouldn't pay more than $75 though. Each. And that is if really detailed with lots of colors. My tattoo artist makes about $100 $150 per hour, so could also depend on the amt of time spend making it for you.

Well I think you will spend at the least $50 assuming you are going to a pro. Most shops have whats called a shop minimum. Its the cost that you pay even for a black dot tattooed because the time it takes to prepare tools and whatnot. Unfortunately I don't think you can get a good idea from here how much it will cost you. There are a lot of factors like where you live, how much detail in your tattoo, and how much shading. Your best bet is to just go to a few shops with the picture and ask about the price.

Good luck though

It depends on the artist. Some of them charge by the hour and some of them charge by the design they are doing. You need to find a good artist. Make sure he or she has a good reputation and look at his or her work. Ask what they will charge for what you want done. A lot of tattoo shops will have you make an appt. and put down a deposit that will go towards the price of the tattoo. Don't forget to tip your tattoo artist....=)

You could always get a cross, there are many beautiful ones to choose from in many different sizes, also, if you are covering up, any color can go over the top, I have been told this by many different tattoo artists, if you don't like the cross idea, maybe look into praying hands

Depends on who does it, where you're at, how much color and stuff like that! A year ago a tattoo artist I was talking to told somebody else his minimum is $50! That was a yr ago! You gotta remember he has to keep his place clean, wash his hands and wash you too!

There's no way of actually being able to answer this question. As tattoo shops vary in prices, I would suggest taking a pic of what you want to the shop of your choice and pricing it that way.
