Today I was about to turn into a shopping area in the turning lane, when a guy blew his horn so loud, gave me the finger, and whizzed up the lane narrowly missing me, DIDN'T turn in, but kept going to the next road and made a right there. A police car was sitting there and saw the whole thing, but the officer did nothing! I don't understand why.

It's a sad shame, but an increasing fact of life. Many drivers don't even stop to consider that they're not the only ones on the road. Many that do, think that they're the most important people out there. They don't realize how precious life really is, nor how quickly it can be taken away. All they seem to project is unsafe practices motivated by arrogance and ego.

To me, it's a lack of respect, courtesy, and consideration for others.

Are you aware that you can take this guy's license number and report the incident to the police? In most jurisdictions, the police have to lay charges, against that driver, if what you claim he/she did is against the law. However, you must be prepared to appear in court to testify against the moron, if he pleads not guilty.

in case you place your seat belt on once you initiate the vehicle, you do no longer in basic terms lose factors...you fail. Watch your velocity, decelerate at out of control intersections, once you street park be sure you turn your wheels the final suited way and have interaction your parking brake (additionally understand as E-brake). I lose 6 factors through fact I didnt have interaction it.

Because people are just too impatient to get to where they think they need to be, and have no consideration for others, and have absolutely no manners.
