I love a good Thai spicy peanut chicken. It is my absolute favourite and I like making it.
As for the brain freeze, if I have a Slurpee or an Icee, I usually get a freeze in my head. Hurts like a bugger too. Reminds me of my sinus headaches too much.

Brain freeze. It doesnt happen often, but it can be dangerous. Sweat your *** of, and I mean sweat it off! Then suddenly drink something freezing cold. Brainfreeze!!! ouch!
