You probably could - why would you want to risk your eyesight by getting chemical in your eyes? It doesn't make alot of sense to me. I wouldn't suggest that you go out and buy Ogilvie home perm to give it a try. You could ask a hair dresser but a reputable one will probably tell you to forget about it. Unless there is some process or procedure for this that I haven't heard about - I mean it is 2006 and people do all kinds of things these days like the navel piercing and stuff - perming your eyelashes isn't that outlandish to want to do. Talk to a couple of hair salons for some advice.

Yes, I actually saw beautician do it on tv believe it or not. However, it must be done by a professional!!! Someone who has had training and experience in the process. I think I saw it on ENews! People do get it done so it will hold curl better. But like I said make sure you find a professional! Good Luck!

Yeah, many do. I'm sure they regrow just like all other hair though, so it wouldn't last foreva!

No, those perms have chemicals that could make you lose your sight. they are not designed to go near your eyes.

you can use an eyelashcurler and that 's about it .Anything other will singe them off,then it's bye bye eyelashes

as far as i know they cant eye lashes are very sensitive. use mascara.
