It would be normal for an apple to get lodged and stuck in a rectum. What strikes me as not normal is the fact that you put an apple in your rectum.....

That depends. Is it normal for someone to put an apple in their rectum? No. Is it normal for an apple to become stuck if inserted into a rectum? Probably, yes.
