first soak for about an hour in hot salty water then gently rub your skin NOT HARD after some of the dirt peels get some kind of oil and put on skin let stand for 30 minutes then using a SOFT towel
gently wipe off then take a quick shower with some moisterizing shower gel..
Some stains will take a long time to go away but hey aleast your clean.

That kind of grime needs to be soaked, and maybe several times if you have a small tub and your dirt saturates the water. A good long soak, then serious soap sudsing, then rinsing shower will probably do wonders. It will be kind of like wiping your bottom, repeat until the color stops.

First of all...GROSS!
But you get a sponge and scrub...Use soap, shampoo, bleach, windex? I wouldn't know because I bathe everyday but Good Luck!

i would have no idea because the longest i have gone without a shower would have to be 2 days. Thats sick.....sorry about that............
