I think Muslims, or any believers, should have prayer time at work as long as safety is not compromised.

With love in Christ.

Retarded question really, but anyways, to answer some of the idiots who continually moan about white Christians not getting any 'special' privilages, you get Sunday, thats your day of worship and as a result most people get that day off.

However, as most people arent actually practicing Christians, this practice has somewhat lapsed. And since I'm on the subject, why how many of the people who constantly cry about England being a Christian country actually practice their religion? Seems like most of you just exploit Christianity just to take a dig at the Muslims and couldnt give two hoots about Jesus and his message. And to be honest if you were real Christians you wouldnt be here whinging...love thy neighbour and all that.

Quite wrong observations....

Muslims use thier lunch time to do prayer and they make up for the extra time they take.....

No one ever complains about the legal tea-break people have at work( In the UK for that matter).... 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon...

Just because it is something that one does not do or cannot do because of religious convictions, that does not mean another group should be deprived of that.

do muslims, at work, complain about that or when other people are eating in front of them when they are fasting? No because they feel it is a stupid idea...

If that was a cause for concern, then the employer(being business minded) would not have allowed that.

Well, it's a personal thing. If a person is concerned about their prayers, they make sure that they are able to either pray at work or take a break before they accept the job.

In SE Michigan there are a lot of Muslims who pray at work. Muslim parents are also lobbying that their children be given time to pray at school. Many of the Muslim children now get halal food at school.

If their workplace is flexible, why not? All ya gotta do is ask. Besides, you get 2 15 min. breaks and an hour lunch. Sounds like prayer time if you want it to be.

You will probably find that Muslims who wish to take a prayer break will not take a regular break like you do.

why do you think such a thing? If you want all of us to get along and live peacefully in this world everyone should be alowed to practice their religion freely without any restrictions. You give me the impression that you do not like muslims...we could do without racists like you in this world.

I don't think any religious group should get prayer time at work. Or before starting a Congerssional session. Or in a public school.
