The guy I’m dating has done the fallowing in a months time:

Sends me emails tells me I’m pretty.
Taken me to a foot-ball game with my favorite team had 5th row seats.
Gave me a flower 2nd date.
Takes me to nice food places.
Hates to end dates, but doesn’t say so for a few days.
Goes out of his way to make sure he gets the door for me.
Continues to complement me.
He doesn't constantly call me, he emails more then calls.

Agreed to shave and get rid of his beard he has had over a year.

Or could it be a ploy to get me into bed?

Come on! If he has been doing all of this, which I'm pretty sure it has been for months: He truly likes you. Besides no guy would just cut off his beard for a woman he didn't like. That stuff takes time to grow. You know he likes you, so stop playing games. Either you want him or you don't. Either way you will have to make that decision. Good Luck!

Unfortunately there is no absolute answer to this question. It all sounds nice and legit but I've known guys that spend a lot more time and effort just to get a girl in bed. Ultimately the true test is based upon you getting to really know him and giving him a chance to really know you. Take time to see if his focus is really on you as a person and the life you live and future you desire, or is he more interested in how good you look, getting close, how fast can the relationship move forward, etc...

Even if it's not a ploy to get you into the bed, you are ready to jump into bed with him and spoil everything for yourself. Just take it easy and enjoy the attention you are recieving from the guy. Gentlemen always do these things. So do yourself a favor. Enjoy the relationship without reading too much into it.

Does a guy really need to do so much to get a girl into bed? Wow thatz a lot.

I am sure he definitely likes you and would want to know more about you. That is why he is doing all these things.

Give him six month then ask that question, you can't really tell being that some men will do all it takes, and as long as it takes to get what they want, then will be merrily on their way. It's up to you to protect, and protect yourself and don't fall for all the tricks. Women are in control, until they give it up.

Every man wants to get just about every girl he dates into bed. That's what it's all about as long as time has been around. I think he really cares for you as he is really going out of his way to prove it. What would you want him to do, carry a big club and drag you into the cave? I think he really cares for you and the bed thing really is up to you.

It's a ploy to get you into bed eventually. That's what dating and then maybe marriage is about. If not, he would date his sister.

If this man continues to treat you like a lady, then he likes you. If he suddenly wants to get freaky, without discussing it with you, then you need to be on your guard. He sounds too good to be true, but that doesn't mean he is not a good man, i wish you the best.

Probably wants to get you in bed more than anything, just a guy's perspective. But there may be also a little attration non-sexually as well.
