Stay-at-home parent, yes.
Not much spare time though - I home school my youngest child who is 9 years old, I have 4 older children and 3 grand-daughters, my husband & I are Foster Parents also. I am supervisor of our Church Sunday School, my daughter & I deliver Meals-on-wheels to Seniors in our community, I run Grief Support Groups, we also have a home-based business which is a holiday apartment which we rent out to visitors in the summer, mainly, although we can be busy at any time of the year.
Busy life, but I don't feel like a stay at home Mom, I'm never Home!

I have three children and am a stay at home parent. There is no such thing as extra time. I clean the house, raise the kids and work part-time at my computer, fielding incoming calls for a telemarketing company while the kids are at school.

Yes, I am a stay at home mom. I clean a house one day a week, and have also babysat for extra money.

A stay at home mom is a full time job. You are ALWAYS at work, you don't get to clock out & go home at the end of the day. We are maids, nurses, taxi drivers, cooks, counselors, teachers..... and that's just for the kids, not counting our husbands. SAHM's do not have spare time!

Yes I'm a stay at home mom. I do hair while my kids are at school and baby sit my nephew. Find something that interest you.
